Annual Our Lady of Mount Carmel
Women's Retreat - April 14th-16th. 2023

All women of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish are invited to attend our annual parish Women's Retreat at St. Paul of the Cross Retreat Center on the South Side. Come experience rest, relaxation, opportunity for prayer, quiet time, fellowship, and a renewed awareness of Christ.

The retreat theme is "A Place for New Beginnings: "I will put my spirit within you so that you may live."(Ezekiel 36:26)

The program will include prayer services, conferences, the opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation, prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, a guided meditation, and the Eucharistic celebration for Sunday. All of the guest rooms in the newer wing have been renovated with private bathrooms and showers. There are also three renovated double rooms to accommodate a retreatant and a caregiver/assistant.

The suggested offering is $295.00 for a renovated room with private bathroom and shower and $250.00 for a traditional room in the older wing with common bathroom facilities.  A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to hold your room reservation with the balance paid two weeks prior to the retreat weekend. Those of you who have gone on retreat before know how quickly the spots fill up.  Rooms are assigned on a first come, first served basis, so make sure to register soon before a waiting list starts.
