Parish Mission: October 3-7, 2020

MISSION THEME:

We all have been almost immobilized as a result of the pandemic, issues in our Church, and strife in our country.  Our “new normal” is “sheltering.”  But Our Lord does not expect us to be tread water … He doesn’t expect us to be timid and “bury our talents.”  Our Lord is calling us forward in our relationship with Him and in service of building the Kingdom.  The flame within each of us needs to be Reignited.  No longer should we be just walking in fear … “hunkering down” ...“getting by”.  Our Lord is calling us to fan the flames of our love for Him.  Powered by the grace of the Holy Spirit we need to increase our personal zeal for the Lord and look beyond ourselves.  We need to seek His will for us personally and collectively as a parish… and then take action.
